1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WhereIsMyCat ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App Does

WhereIsMyCat helps people report and find missing cats in their neighbourhood. You can create reports for lost cats, report sightings, and receive notifications when someone spots a cat near you.

3. Your Account

You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Only post genuine reports about real missing cats
• Provide accurate location information
• Not upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Not use the App to harass, spam, or deceive others
• Not attempt to interfere with the App's operation

5. Content You Post

You retain ownership of photos and text you upload. By posting, you grant us a licence to display your content within the App to help reunite cats with their owners. We may remove content that violates these terms.

6. Payments

Urgent mode is a paid feature. Purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

7. Notifications

The App sends push notifications about sightings and urgent reports near you. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We do our best to help you find your cat, but we cannot guarantee outcomes. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.
